Mountain Horse UK unable to meet demand for the new Sovereign brown leather long riding boot

Mountain Horse’s new Sovereign boot has taken the UK riding boot market by storm and, just a couple of months after its launch, supplies have just about sold out leaving consumers facing a frustrating wait.

The Sovereign is already the must-have long leather boot for competitors, professionals and everyday riders.  The lucky ones who got their orders in early are already enjoying this beautifully soft and smart leather boot that customers are describing as the “most comfortable leather boot ever”. But those who have missed out on the preliminary deliveries to UK stockists now find themselves on a long waiting list. “People might have to hang on a while until we can catch up,” explains a Mountain Horse UK spokesperson, “We knew this boot would be popular but the demand has blown us away. We simply can’t get them made fast enough.”

Mountain Horse is a Swedish company and the Sovereign has proved a massive hit world-wide - not just in England – so much so that the company just can’t keep up with international demand.

It’s easy to see why the Sovereign lace-front boot has created such a stir among style-conscious equestrians – there’s simply nothing else out there to rival it. Mountain Horse UK knew the British horsey market was crying out for a good-looking brown boot – they’ve been inundated with requests for years, but the Sovereign took some time to perfect. Those fortunate enough to have a pair will tell you that it’s worth the wait. The leather is extremely supple and the finish is superb with a supportive yet flexible fit around the ankle, helped by concealed elastic laces which flex as you move. The addition of shock-absorbing insoles ramps up the comfort factor even more. The absolutely stunning good looks are a given – everyone that sees them falls instantly in love.

Those admirers on the long waiting list are going to have to be patient. “We have to maintain quality control and that might mean a longer than expected wait, but we can’t cut corners in order to satisfy demand.”explains Mountain Horse. “The most important thing for Mountain Horse is to make really good riding boots that do the job they were designed to do. That’s how we built our reputation.”
